New Every Morning

I’m so thankful that God’s mercies are new each morning! No matter how I mess up, each day is a new day to serve the Lord! Lam.3:21-23 “This I recall to my mind, therefore I have hope. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” I sometimes think we are harder on ourselves than the Lord is. His compassions fail not. Every day is a new day to please and honor the Lord. Will I mess up? Yup. But God does not mess up. He is loving and forgiving. We need to just confess it and then try again. I’m thankful to serve a God of second chances (maybe three or four😉).
